The monocoque construction with a continuous beam at the head piece makes the aluminium boom light and extremely stiff. This continuous beam puts an end to the commonly known problems like corrosion and slop that weaken the average boom in no time. At Sailloft this is a thing of the past.

An optimal solution for Wave and Freestyle sails is our New School- Outline which offers the surfer a more ergonomic grip with far less fatigue. More width at the front of the boom combined with a fairly straight profile beam increases the handling of the rig dramatically. For the Freeride and Slalom sails with a deeper profile we have developed the New Performance-Outline. More width at the front and middle part of the boom provides the perfect harmony between a New School and Classic outline.

Our aluminium boom has everything it takes to make rigging a breeze. The markings on the inside of the beam and the symmetrical Tribal-Design makes adjusting the trapeze lines quick and easy. The Easy-close head piece clamps onto the mast quickly and offers absolutely no movement. The invincible double pin system fastens the tail piece to the high quality aluminum 29 mm thin beam. The built-in tape measure (every boom has a metric measuring tape that shows the actual setting of the boom) saves difficult calculations. With the Loop ‚n’ hook system on the continuous beam it saves you time and effort. The durable aluminium clew block fastens the clew securely for the entire session.
